Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. Fully remote preferred within Central Time Zone hours; on-site may be required regionally.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation. This role drives workflow standardization, process optimization, workforce planning, and M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives.
• Drive workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership.
• Promote use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Analyze metrics to drive performance.
• Lead change management across the organization.
