Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to advance objectives, optimize efficiency, and elevate Commercial Lines performance while guiding workflows, processes, and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in Commercial Lines within a large brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with senior leadership.
• Standardize workflows, improve processes, and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Partner with producers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure client service excellence.
