Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive standardized workflows, and optimize client service across the organization. The role partners with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives and scale operations.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designations, and 5–7+ years in large brokerage environments, with strong change leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Expertise in operations, workflow standardization, and process improvement.
• Experience with EPIC and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations strategy.
• Lead workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Provide capacity planning and workforce modeling.
• Support M&A integration and operational alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive outcomes.
• Promote EPIC usage and tech optimization.
