Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and drive strategic initiatives across the brokerage.

The role partners with regional leadership, supports M&A integration, and champions operational excellence, workforce planning, and client outcomes while leveraging EPIC and other platforms. Remote work within the U.S. is available.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• M&A integration experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Drive workflow standardization, capacity planning, and scalability.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to improve client outcomes.
• Lead operational transformation and continuous improvement projects.
