You will oversee ~250 directors and senior leaders, guiding a client experience that serves ~5,000 clients and represents ~80% of revenue.

This remote role requires 25-30% travel and focuses on data-driven, AI-enabled client outcomes, risk prediction, and proactive engagement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in client success or related fields.
• 8+ years leading large, multi‑layer organizations with directors or senior leaders.
• Proven success using technology, data, automation, and AI to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multiyear Client Success strategy, operating plan, and performance priorities.
• Provide executive leadership on client trends, risks, and investments.
• Establish technology, data, automation, and AI vision and governance for Client Success.
• Drive proactive interventions using predictive insights and AI-enabled risk signals.
• Oversee enterprise standards for service quality, SLAs, escalation management, and KPI reporting.
• Partner across functions to address systemic issues and enable digital, measurement-led client experiences.
