Twin Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success to lead strategic partnerships and drive outcomes for mid-sized enterprise clients. You will work with executive stakeholders across HR, clinical, operations, and finance to maximize adoption, renewals, and expansion while guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Client Success or strategic account roles within healthcare or health benefits.
• Experience with mid-to-large enterprise clients and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of mid-sized enterprise clients and balance attention across accounts of varying size and complexity.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive, HR, benefits, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive client adoption, renewal, and upsell opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
