Skyrocket, Inc. is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy across our service catalogs, translate market positioning into territory, account, and campaign plans, and coach a two Account Executives team against pipeline, activity, and revenue targets.

The role is primarily remote with 20+ days in Pasadena, CA for events and development, and travel for client meetings as required. You will own the end-to-end sales process, drive revenue targets, and build scalable

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent progressive experience considered.
• 5–8+ years in sales leadership with direct people-management experience.
• Experience selling into complex, long-cycle institutional buyers (K-12, higher ed, HR/back-office services, or government) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build a go-to-market strategy across legacy service catalogs and translate positioning into territory, account, and campaign plans.
• Manage and coach two Account Executives against pipeline, activity, and revenue targets; report attainment to the COO monthly/quarterly.
• Own the sales process end-to-end; prospecting through close, renewal, and expansion.
• Use CRM and sales analytics to optimize territory design, capacity, and conversion rates as the team grows.
• Execute cross-sell and bundled-pricing motions across multiple service lines; staff ramp and coverage plans.
