ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories. You will collaborate with VOE Advisors, Territory leaders, staff, and Area Leads to craft territory-specific volunteer plans and sustain momentum throughout the year.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F; Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and execute them.
• Support stewardship, engagement, and local volunteer experiences throughout the year.
• Assist with recognition events and National Volunteer Week activities at territory level.
• Build and maintain relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and tools at territory level.
• Support year-round momentum through local communications, events, stewardship and recognition touchpoints.
