Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to drive enterprise-scale AI products, focusing on ASR, TTS, translation, LLMs, and AI infrastructure. The role reports to the VP of AI and emphasizes delivering measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

The candidate should have 10+ years in technical program management, deep AI/ML expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

10+ years in technical program management for AI/ML platforms.
Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs).
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

End-to-End AI Feature Delivery: coordinate AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
AI Impact Tracker & Baseline: measure AI model impact on customer outcomes and drive improvement.
AI for Developer Practices: scale AI/ML in software development lifecycle and track adoption.
Organizational Performance Management: build executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Impact Communication: maintain transparency with partner teams and stakeholders.
