ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, boosting volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across assigned territories. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, staff, and Area Leads to implement localized strategies and maintain year-round momentum.

Key responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, supporting stewardship, coordinating recognition initiatives, and leveraging dashboards to improve volunteer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Full-time, M-F, travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Build territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on recruitment support.
• Support stewardship strategies to maintain volunteer engagement throughout the year.
• Assist with recognition events and National Volunteer Week activities.
• Develop relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and community partners.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and training resources at the territory level.
• Promote consistent, welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experiences across territories.
