Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks a VOE Territory Liaison to bridge VOE strategy with territory execution.

You will support recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and ongoing engagement across assigned territories. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory Area Leads, and local organizations to tailor volunteer strategies, deepen relationships, and sustain momentum year-round through events, dashboards, and feedback-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work full-time, M-F with some weekends.
• Experience in ALSAC territory or volunteer programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Support territory stewardship and engagement across assigned areas.
• Coordinate territory recognition events, including National Volunteer Week activities.
• Build relationships with local organizations and volunteers; collaborate with Territory Leads.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks locally and improve processes.
