Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with local execution and strengthen volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across territories.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and volunteers to build territory‑specific plans, nurture relationships with community groups, and ensure a consistent, mission‑centered volunteer experience year‑round.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and supports territory‑and‑area‑specific volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provides hands‑on support to territory teams for volunteer recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Develops relationships with local organizations, community partners, key volunteers, and volunteer leaders.
• Works with Territory Area Leads to customize local volunteer engagement approaches based on market needs.
• Supports staff and volunteer leaders in creating consistent, welcoming, and mission‑centered volunteer experiences.
