Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Territory Liaison to align VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across assigned regions. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local volunteers to build tailored strategies and sustain momentum.

The role emphasizes relationship building, local event support, and data-informed improvements to the volunteer experience, with travel up to 30% and full-time requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Provide hands-on recruitment support and identify local engagement opportunities.
• Assist with territory stewardship strategies to deepen volunteer engagement.
• Support territory recognition events and National Volunteer Week activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with territory staff and volunteer leaders.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks at territory level.
