Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and operate the vendor management office for MSP engagements within its Technology organization. You will drive governance, KPI alignment, and performance improvements to ensure service excellence and risk mitigation.

The role requires extensive experience in vendor management, program health, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal, Finance, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing within a Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and runs the vendor management office within Technology for MSPs.
• Drives governance, performance management, and KPI alignment across MSP engagements.
