Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office for MSP engagements across Technology. You’ll drive governance, performance, and KPI alignment to ensure service excellence and risk mitigation.

You will partner with Security, Risk, Legal, Finance, and IT leaders to optimize contracts, budgets, and outcomes while delivering measurable value through cost optimization and improved service stability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing within a Technology organization.
• Experience designing and operating governance models for MSP/vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Establishes and runs the vendor management office within Technology to optimize MSP outcomes.
• Designs and operates the VMO governance framework including KPI alignment and contracts.
• Maintains contracts, SOWs, obligations, and renewal calendars in line with policies.
• Drives regulatory, security, and data privacy compliance in collaboration with Security, Risk, and Legal.
• Quantifies and communicates value realization through cost optimization and service stability.
