Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology, optimizing MSP outcomes and ensuring governance, performance, and risk mitigation. You’ll partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes governance design, standardized playbooks, and data-driven reporting, with a focus on value realization and service excellence across MSP engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing within a Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs and operates the VMO governance framework for MSPs, including cadence, artifacts, and decision rights (e.g., QBR/MBR, contract reviews, risk reviews, and improvement plans).
• Maintains central repository of contracts, SOWs, amendments, obligations, and renewal calendars; ensure alignment to enterprise policies.
• Drives compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA) with Security, Risk, and Legal.
• Creates and manages a portfolio view of all MSP engagements—status, risks, dependencies, financials, outcomes.
• Develops dashboards and insights to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
