Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology, optimizing MSP engagements and ensuring service excellence and governance.

You will manage governance, KPI alignment, risk mitigation, and value realization across vendor contracts, with cross-functional collaboration across Security, Risk, Legal, Finance, and IT leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery, IT operations, or sourcing within a Tech organization.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and runs the vendor management office within Technology to optimize MSP outcomes.
• Designs governance models, SLAs, KPIs, escalation paths, and performance scorecards.
• Maintains contracts repository and ensures alignment with procurement and legal policies.
• Ensures regulatory, security, and data privacy compliance across MSP engagements.
• Manages portfolio view of MSP engagements, risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Drives value realization through cost optimization, service stability, and productivity gains.
• Leads cross-functional engagement with IT, Security, Risk, Finance, and Legal.

Education
