Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology, optimizing MSP outcomes and governance. The role focuses on contract governance, KPI alignment, and risk-aware decision-making to improve service delivery.

You will collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to ensure value realization, regulatory compliance, and smooth vendor transitions across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing within a Technology organization.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and runs the vendor management office within Technology to optimize MSP outcomes.
• Governance design, KPI alignment, scorecards, and pain-point remediation for MSP engagements.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements are met across engagements.
• Partner with CIO priorities, Security, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive value realization through cost optimization, service stability, and risk reduction.
