Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Vision Territory Manager to drive growth with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners in a designated US territory. You will promote ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE, and our e-commerce platform, aligning offerings with practitioner needs.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, strong communication, and up to 25% travel. This remote field-based position requires residency within the territory and offers incentives plus comprehensive U.S. benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales with track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and reside within the territory.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Conduct sales calls to ECPs using marketing materials and programs.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers and sustainable growth.
• Execute territory business plans to acquire new customers and grow existing ones.
• Maintain product knowledge and utilize CRM systems for updates.
• Collaborate with distributors and attend meetings and trade shows.
