Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Vision Care in the Framingham, MA area. You will drive growth by supporting Eye Care Practitioners with our contact lens portfolio and digital solutions, while meeting sales quotas and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with certifications considered in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Candidates with relevant certifications or industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs and drive sales growth within territories.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Conduct effective calls to ECPs to increase share of contact lens prescriptions.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data and coordinate with distributors.
• Travel up to 25% within the territory and attend meetings as needed.
