Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail eye care practitioners within the designated territory. You will drive growth by delivering patient- and practice-focused solutions across our contact lens portfolio, including ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE, and our e-commerce platform, B+L Opal.

The role is remote field-based, requires up to 25% travel, and you must reside within the territory.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B or equivalent sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
Ability to identify customer needs and drive sales growth within territories.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and basic analytics.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed territory sales quotas and key metrics.
Conduct sales calls with eye care practitioners to grow share of Bausch + Lomb lenses and care.
Develop business plans for high-volume customers; assess investment impact.
Execute call cycle plans and build strategic territory plans for growth.
Demonstrate product knowledge across Vision Care portfolio and competitors.
Utilize CRM to maintain customer records and track progress.
Collaborate with distributor partners and attend meetings/tradeshows.
Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets and report timely.
