Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with Eye Care Practitioners in the Atlanta area, driving growth through our contact lens portfolio. This remote role requires up to 25% travel and a strong ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications may substitute.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales with goal achievement.
• Ability to travel within territory and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quotas and key execution metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls with Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs).
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers.
• Implement territory business plans to grow existing customers.
• Demonstrate technical and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb products.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and coordinate with distributors.
• Attend meetings/trade shows and coordinate ECP educational events.
