Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail-affiliated ECPs within the designated territory. You will drive growth by delivering patient- and practice-focused solutions across our contact lens portfolio and digital platform, collaborating with distributors as needed.

The role is remote field-based with travel up to 25% and requires residing within the territory or near workload centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or relevant certifications and/or industry experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.
• Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills; solid analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Conduct sales calls with Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) in territory.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers.
• Execute call cycle and strategic territory plans to grow customers.
