Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager to drive growth with ECPs in a remote field-based role across US territories. You will promote contact lens solutions like ULTRA and Biotrue, align offerings with practice needs, and lead education efforts for customers and staff.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong presentation skills, and ability to travel up to 25% within the territory. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; certifications are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications (e.g., ABO, NCLE, COT, OSA) considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals and driving results.
• This is a remote field-based position with up to 25% travel; must reside within the territory or near workload center.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and data tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and meeting company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the territory sales quota and key execution metrics.
• Make effective sales calls to ECPs to grow share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers.
• Maintain a strategic territory business plan and call cycle for growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of Vision Care offerings and competitive products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and progress.
• Coordinate with distributors and participate in national/regional meetings and trade shows.
• Prepare timely administrative reports and adhere to AdvaMed guidelines.
