Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Vision Territory Manager to drive growth with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners in the designated US territory. You will promote ULTRA and other lens products, delivering patient- and practice-focused solutions while aligning with evolving practice needs.

This remote field-based role requires up to 25% travel and residency within the territory. Competitive base pay ($90,000–$110,000) plus incentives and comprehensive benefits are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications or industry experience may substitute.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to educate and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls to ECPs and use marketing materials to grow share of Bausch + Lomb prescriptions.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers and sustainable growth.
• Maintain a strategic territory plan and form relationships with customers and distributors.
