Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager (VTM) to partner with independent and retail-affiliated Eye Care Practitioners across the U.S. This remote field-based role focuses on growing our contact lens portfolio including ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday and INFUSE, while aligning digital solutions with practice needs.

The VTM will travel up to 25% and reside within the territory, driving territory plans, executing calls, and showcasing product knowledge to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and drive sales growth in territories.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to manage customer accounts and administrative tasks.
• CRM proficiency required; Salesforce experience; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics set by sales leadership.
• Execute effective sales calls to ECPs and use marketing materials to grow share of contact lens prescriptions.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers to create sustainable growth.
• Formulate call cycle plans and territorial business strategies for new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of product lines and competitors.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce and track account progress.
• Coordinate with distributor partners to meet customer needs and align strategies.
• Attend national/regional meetings and trade shows as required.
• Plan ECP educational meetings in key markets; submit timely reports.
• Adhere to AdvaMed guidelines.
