Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise across a multi-state district. This remote role supports Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Eastern Washington, with preferred residences in Denver, Phoenix or Salt Lake City.

You will own district strategy, drive quota attainment, manage budgets, and partner with ophthalmology teams to advance Veritas, TECNIS and related technologies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required or United States Armed Forces Veterans with military experience at the E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles and processes preferred.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the district's business strategy within the Surgical Vision portfolio.
• Lead a complex team including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team aligned to core specialties.
• Achieve and maintain quota while coordinating efforts across Capital and Consumables lines.
• Manage budget in line with corporate goals and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of cataract surgery products and associated devices.
