Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise within an assigned district. The role develops strong partner relationships, coaches a high-caliber sales team, and drives quota attainment across capital and consumables.

Ideal candidate resides in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, is willing to travel up to 60%, and brings ophthalmology sales experience and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required or United States Armed Forces Veterans with military experience at the E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, paired with proven leadership capabilities including the ability to lead and manage through change.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles and processes is preferred.
• Experience working in an Operating Room and familiarity with OR etiquette is preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and attain quota is required.
• A thorough knowledge of Surgical Cataract Business including IOLs, consumables and related products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district.
• Lead and develop a diverse sales team including Account Executives and Specialists.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber team while achieving quota across Capital and Consumables.
• Coordinate efforts of specialists to reach common goals and drive business growth.
• Travel up to 60% and reside in Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Salt Lake City, UT.
