Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant business experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles preferred.
• Experience in Operating Room environment preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently meet quota.
• Ophthalmology sales experience highly preferred.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Up to 60% travel expected.
• Ideal candidate resides in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports with dotted line oversight of specialists.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Achieve and maintain quota across Capital and Consumables.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve goals.
• Advance innovative sales approaches and share with leadership.
• Balance performance across Capital and Consumables portfolios.
• Ensure budget compliance and knowledge of cataract product portfolio.
