Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail-affiliated Eye Care Practitioners in the designated territory. The role focuses on driving growth through our contact lens portfolio, including ULTRA and Biotrue ONEday, while leveraging digital solutions like the B+L Opal platform.

The VTM will build strong relationships, execute effective call cycles, and develop business plans to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Execute sales calls to ECPs and drive growth through our contact lens portfolio.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers and sustainable growth.
• Coordinate educational meetings and attend national/regional sales meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and submit reports on time.
