Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States seeks a Vision Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners within the designated territory. You will drive growth by delivering patient- and practice-focused solutions through our contact lens portfolio, including ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE, and our e-commerce platform, B+L Opal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications accepted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs and drive sales growth within the territory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls to ECPs and increase share of Bausch + Lomb prescriptions.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers with sustainable growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and manage progress.
• Coordinate ECP educational meetings and attend regional sales meetings.
