Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with Eye Care Practitioners in the South Bay, CA region. The role drives growth through our contact lens portfolio and digital solutions, while aligning offerings with evolving patient and practice needs.

The position requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 25% within the territory. Remote field-based with residence within the workload area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics set by sales leadership.
• Conduct effective sales calls with ECPs to grow share of contact lens prescriptions.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers to drive sustainable growth.
• Execute call cycle and strategic territory business plan to acquire new customers.
• Demonstrate product and clinical knowledge of all Vision Care products and competitors.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account information and progress.
