Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a remote, field-based territory sales representative for the Georgia region. The role requires travel (25%–75%) and a Bachelor’s degree in science or business, with ophthalmic sales experience preferred.

You will complete product training, achieve sales objectives, and collaborate with local team members to provide excellent eye-health solutions. You will maintain customer records, manage expenses, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field.
• 2 years ophthalmic or medical sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a formal training and certification program for responsible products.
• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
• Develop teamwork with other representatives in the sales region.
• Provide excellent service to customers and support the company mission.
• Maintain and update territory records of customers.
• Manage territory expenses, sample accounts, and consignments.
• Advance knowledge through ongoing training programs.
• Perform related administrative tasks as required.
