You will leverage CRM tools to assess customer needs, present vacation ownership solutions, pricing, and financing options, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales.
• Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred.
• Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, consultative virtual sales presentations to current owners.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions.
• Present product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to improve close rates.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement.
