Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales.
• Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred.
• Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
• Resilience, persistence, and confidence handling objections and rejection.
