Job summary

One Medical is pioneering virtual primary care with 24/7 telehealth services and ongoing learning opportunities. This full-time virtual role supports care delivery for One Medical patients with an emphasis on clinical excellence and collaborative teamwork across virtual and in-office teams.

The role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification and current licenses in AZ/CA/CO/OR/WA, with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency settings.
• Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
