Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Virtual Medical Team in a full-time, fully remote role. You will provide telehealth visits, triage, and patient follow-ups, with shifts across early morning to evening PT hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Requires an accredited FNP program and multi-state licensing with eligibility for CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered for full-time remote clinicians.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Licensed in CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO or eligible for additional state licenses.
• Minimum 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care seeing patients of all ages.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts including some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Deliver high-quality care using telemedicine technology.
