• High-volume phone handling and scheduling proficiency.
• Strong front-desk execution in a U.S. medical setting.
• Comfort with eCW scheduling, charting, and insurance checks.
• HIPAA privacy compliance in all tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls with cheer, warmth, and professionalism.
• Schedule and manage provider calendars in eClinicalWorks.
• Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and document co-pays.
• Relay messages and scheduling changes to in-office team.
• Assist with digital faxes, reminders, and chart updates while maintaining HIPAA standards.
