Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice during its pre-opening and early growth. This remote, part-time role starts at 30 hours per week and will scale up as patient volume increases.

You will handle executive support, front-office communications, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and SOP development using eClinicalWorks, Google Calendar, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, calendar-management, and task-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate professionally with patients, families, vendors, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end patient scheduling and intake workflows.
• Verify insurance coverage and document eligibility findings.
• Manage front-office communications with families, vendors, and providers.
• Develop SOPs and document recurring administrative processes.
• Research vendors and track project progress with spreadsheets.
