The role requires clear communication and a calm, professional demeanor across channels. Responsibilities include handling approximately 20 calls daily, scheduling, data entry, and ad hoc admin tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience in medical receptionist or patient-facing roles.
• Ability to manage ~20 calls per day with professionalism.
• Clear, warm communication across phone, text, and email.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
