Qualifications

• Two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in listed states.
• Proficient with information management and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients 18 months and older.
• Evaluate primary, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document care within an EHR per policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients.
