Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, evidence-based care via remote platforms. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient care for ages 18 months and older.

Role requires an active license in any US state, 2+ years' experience, and strong communication. The position is a 6-month PRN contract with remote work, some weekends, and potential licensure expansion as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and up.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill and transitional care patients while educating and counseling them.
• Provide contraception counseling and medication management as part of primary care.
• Document all patient care within an EHR per CVS Health policies.
