Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic is seeking a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to provide remote, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and up. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient health in collaboration with a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice with NB Cert, and a current license in one of the listed states. The role offers full-time hours with a weekday schedule and weekend rotation, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one of the specified states (CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV).
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with remote care platforms and documenting in an EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
• Evaluate patients aged 18 months and older across preventive, acute and chronic concerns.
• Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention/safer sex practices.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per policy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues.
