Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver holistic, evidence-based care remotely for patients aged 18 months and older. The role requires an active, unrestricted state license and a minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team while independently managing assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and disposition planning, including contraception and STI prevention.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care via remote platform for patients aged 18 months and above.
• Evaluate primary care, acute and chronic conditions and provide education and counseling.
• Counsel patients on contraception and STI prevention, manage medication.
• Document all patient care in EHR per CVS policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
• Work with a care team including Providers, physicians, paraprofessionals, pharmacists.
