Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote patient care for ages 18 months and up. The role is a 6-month PRN contract with 20+ hours weekly, including some weekends, requiring an active NP license in any US state.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide holistic, evidenced based care, documentation in an EHR, and coordination with clinicians to ensure safe, effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced based care for patients 18 months and older via remote platform.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, manage health problems and counsel patients.
• Document all care in an EHR per CVSH policies.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists, and health care team members.
