Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic seeks a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver patient care through a remote technology platform. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to independently provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients age 18 months and up.

This full-time, day-shift role requires an active NP license in one of the listed states and may require additional licensure. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one of CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking.
• Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Spanish language skills may be required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counseling.
• Evaluate primary, acute and chronic patients aged 18 months and older.
• Counsel on contraception and STI prevention and manage medications.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document care in EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues.
• Work with care teams to provide high-quality care.
• Work independently and advocate for patients.
