SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is hiring a Property Preservation Coordinator - Violations to own the process of opening and investigating violation work orders, coordinating with local code enforcement offices, and driving cases to resolution. Qualifications

• Heavy phone and computer work, including regular calls to government and code enforcement offices.
• 1 year of Property Preservation experience.
• Experience in property preservation, code enforcement, mortgage servicing, or related field-services.

Responsibilities

• Open all new violation work orders and investigate the reason behind each violation.
• Work with local code enforcement offices to obtain documentation to cure violations.
• Handle Vacant Property Registration orders and submit results to clients.
• Manage Utility Management Orders, including monthly payments.
• Locate and coordinate qualified vendors to complete violation-related work.
• Partner with Vendor Management to identify coverage gaps and source vendors in underserved areas.
• Follow each case through to resolution and keep clients informed of delays or issues.
• Build relationships with vendor partners to maintain quality and SLA adherence.
• Keep internal and external systems documented accurately.
