Job summary

SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Property Preservation Coordinator for evictions and lockouts. This remote role centers on assigning orders to vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with state laws and SLAs.

You’ll handle roughly 40 lockouts per week, work Monday to Friday during standard business hours, and maintain clear documentation across internal systems while building strong relationships with vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in property preservation, eviction services, mortgage servicing, or related field services.
• Comfort with heavy phone and computer work in a high-volume role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle many moving parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Manually assign each lockout order to a qualified vendor, ensuring the right crew is on-site.
• Confirm vendors understand eviction laws, SLAs, and client requirements before each lockout.
• Move fast on tight turnarounds; some orders require action within 24 hours.
• Follow up after completion to confirm it was done correctly and on time.
• Catch and resolve delays, issues, or exceptions before they escalate.
• Build strong, cross-functional relationships with vendor partners.
