SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a diligent Property Preservation Coordinator for evictions and lockouts. You will assign orders to vendors, track progress, and ensure eviction processes comply with state laws and client requirements.

The role is fast-paced and high-volume, often handling 40 lockouts weekly with tight 24-hour turnarounds. Strong organization, phone, and written communication are essential, with standard business hours Monday to Friday. Remote work offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in property preservation, eviction services, mortgage servicing, or related field-services industry.
• Comfort with heavy phone and computer work in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle many moving parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manually assign each lockout order to a qualified vendor, ensuring the right crew is on-site.
• Confirm vendors understand eviction laws, SLAs, and client requirements before every lockout.
• Move fast on tight turnarounds, with some orders needing action within 24 hours.
• Follow up on lockouts after completion to verify accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve delays or issues before they escalate.
• Build strong relationships with vendor partners.
• Keep internal and external systems accurately documented.
