Job summary

SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to manage properties through the conveyance process for our property preservation team. You will coordinate preservation and field service activity, review work orders and documentation, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely conveyance in alignment with HUD, investor, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyance files through completion, keeping required property preservation work and documentation on track.
• Review property inspections, work orders, bids, and completed services to ensure conveyance requirements are met.
• Monitor conveyance timelines and follow up on outstanding work or documentation that could delay completion.
• Review and process field service invoices, verifying work completed, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve work order issues, invoice discrepancies, and other exceptions.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and complete required updates in internal systems

SingleSource is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to manage properties through the conveyance process and ensure all required work, documentation, and timelines are completed accurately for our property preservation team.

In this role, you'll coordinate property preservation and field service activity, review work orders and documentation, monitor deadlines, and help ensure properties are ready for timely conveyance. You'll work closely with vendors and internal teams while following HUD, investor, and client requirements.

Experience in conveyance, property preservation, mortgage servicing, default servicing, or related mortgage field services is preferred.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous conveyance experience within mortgage servicing, default servicing, or property preservation.
• Working knowledge of HUD conveyance requirements, investor guidelines, and conveyance timelines.
• Experience reviewing property preservation work, inspections, bids, invoices, and supporting documentation as part of the conveyance process.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing documentation, outstanding work, or other issues that could delay conveyance.
• Ability to manage multiple conveyance files, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills when working through exceptions with vendors and internal teams.
• Comfortable working within multiple systems and maintaining accurate file documentation.
